Contact the lessor or immediately if you desire to cancel your event in order to receive a refund of a portion of your reservation you must notify the lessor via written communication (email or letter) at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event date. There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel via written communication, 60 days prior to the event, there will be no refund of the reservation if you cancel your event reservation without 60-day written notice as your agreement to rent the facility on this date may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
